The data file
This is the whole load: the seed, the bay and the parcels. Every move you make writes to it, and the van redraws from it. Like the world, it’s invented, and it says so.

The game
A packing game. You get a van with a bay of 6 by 3 by 3 cells and a queue of parcels. You choose where each parcel goes, and it drops into place. When nothing else fits, the van leaves and you see how full it was.
Who plays it
It’s for people who like a short puzzle with one rule. A round takes a couple of minutes and works with one thumb. The score is a single number: how full the van is when it leaves.
Why it’s small
The whole game is a small data file: a seed, the size of the bay and the parcels. The rules are one height map, so checking a move costs almost nothing. It runs on the same block engine as the real work on this site, with the same drop. Only the data file is different.
